I led a team of designers/animators to support, mentor, and inspire daily through workshops, and internal projects on a personal and group level and giving creative and constructive feedback.

I led the creatives for brands such as Thuma, Jose Cuervo, and Noggin from the concept phase to delivery, supervising and overseeing the creative development for cross-platform content.

I led the creative mainly for Chips Ahoy and Oreo with their 3D campaign, overseeing and working with intercontinental teams at Mediamonks, holding presentations and brain storming sessions with the clients - and, most importantly, making sure to portray maximized taste appeal on screen.

My everyday task was to make sure that the quality of outputs were met with industry standard and trend. Also, led a team of animators to deliver visual contents for Iheartmedia’s festival and concerts, making sure the pipeline is smooth while delivering a ton of assets with a variety of screen sizes. This job also required traveling to the locations.
